For Dosco’s new facility in Cork, we delivered a workspace that fuses heritage and innovation, reflecting their legacy while gearing them firmly towards the future. The open-plan office zones are organised around flexible bench-desking and soft-breakout pods, supporting seamless collaboration and agile workstyles. The reception and visitor areas exude sophistication with sleek finishes, warm timber accents and subtle branding, giving a nod to Dosco’s long history while projecting modernity. Quiet focus zones and informal huddle spaces are interspersed throughout, offering staff both sanctuary and connectivity in a balanced environment. The entire interior palette draws on natural materials, tonal greys and bold accent colours to evoke durability, trust and dynamic energy.
