A SUSTAINABLE AND COLLABORATIVE HUB FOR RDJ LLP IN CORK

For the new Cork headquarters of RDJ LLP we delivered a design that embraces transparency, sustainability and modern workplace culture. The 170‑strong team now operates in an open‑plan layout with no private offices, fostering organic collaboration and agility. The fit‑out focuses on wellbeing and performance: generous daylight penetration, meeting hubs, quiet focus zones and informal collaboration spaces are distributed throughout the floorplate. The building itself incorporates rainwater-harvesting, renewable heat-pump systems, solar-reflective glazing and intelligent LED lighting. Material choices combine warm timber, matte black metal detailing and neutral finishes, aligned with RDJ’s brand of authoritative legal expertise and human-centred service. The result is an office that is efficient and flexible yet distinctly refined, reflecting the firm’s status as one of Ireland’s leading corporate law practices and its commitment to sustainability and inclusion.
