The open-plan zones feature bench-desking, high-performance acoustic screens and dedicated focus pods, enabling fast-paced collaboration and concentrated individual work alike. The reception area presents a statement entrance with refined metallic finishes, bold branding and a relaxed lounge space that welcomes innovation. Break-out clusters and informal huddle spaces are interwoven throughout the layout, offering agility for impromptu ideation and cross-discipline exchange. The material palette draws on cool greys, deep navy and vibrant accent teal, reflecting Cadence’s engineering ethos, while soft organic textures and finishes introduce warmth and human scale.
